RETURNS & REFUNDS
We currently offer returns to customers from the UK & USA. We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with if you return it to us within 14 days of receiving. Items(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition, with tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original tags may not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
Refunds will be credited by your original method of payment. The original delivery charge will not be refunded. When using our hassle free DHL return service the cost of the return will be deducted from your original payment method. This will be charged at the same rate as your original shipping cost.
Unfortunately at this time we are not able to offer exchanges for Europe due to increased duties and shipping rates.

If not wishing to use the DHL service you are free to arrange a courier of your choice
- Re-pack any items being returned but do not seal as the courier may wish to inspect the contents.
